Mr. Nisani brings with him over 30 years of experience in technical and project management, predominantly in chip design, medical embedded systems and communications. In his last position, he served as VP Hardware and System Communication at Given Imaging. Prior to this, he was one of the founders and Hardware Director at Mobilian, an RFIC telecommunications company. Mr. Nisani was also one of the founders and Senior Hardware Manager at I-sight, a company that designs and manufactures image-processing chips for high-dynamic range digital endoscopy cameras.
Dr. Schwartz is a pediatrician and structural heart disease specialist (Rambam Health Care Campus, Haifa, Israel) with a special interest in harnessing novel technologies to solve unmet clinical needs. He is a graduate of the Technion Faculty of Medicine and actively practiced medicine for 30 years. He has a proven track record of developing novel medical devices, holding over 40 issued patents and patent applications, and was a member of the Biosense-Webster (Johnson & Johnson) advanced R&D team. His main fields of expertise are intra-body guided navigation and catheter-based therapeutic applications.
Mr. Cohen has more than 20 years of experience in Israeli and multinational companies, and has held CFO and COO positions in both medical device and cleantech industries. He currently also serves as CFO for Metacure Limited, a medical device company concerned with the development of therapies for diabetes, and was previously CFO at Atlantium, an Israeli private company in the cleantech market. Mr. Cohen has been involved in leading efforts including an IPO on the German stock exchange, M&A and spin-off transactions, cost reduction and capacity extension through efficiency increases. He holds an MA in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA in Economics and Statistics (Honors) from Ben-Gurion University.
